We are a small, family owned and operated business whose mission is to provide top-quality products and service to our customers. Cotton Boll Pollinators LLC is located in the Coastal Plains region of Eastern North Carolina (near I-95), in the middle of North Carolina’s Cotton Belt where agriculture continues to be the predominant industry and economic driver of this area. We strive to better serve all members of the beekeeping community in the Eastern United States, whether it be the hobbyist beekeeper, commercial pollinators, commercial honey extractors, and other apiaries like us. We are a member of the NC State Beekeepers Association, licensed by the NC Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, abide by our state’s regulatory requirements, and our bees are inspected by the state Dept. of Agriculture apiarist prior to sale. . 2026 Pick-Up Dates“We will begin processing orders and accepting payments on January 2nd, 2026. Feel free to call or text 252-289-2826 to reserve your order before then, and we will place you on our list. We will contact you to process and finalize your order early in the new year.” COTTON BOLL Pollinators is excited to announce our 2026 Pick-Up Dates…April 18-19th (weather permitting): 3-Lb Packages of Honey Bees with a Marked Queens, Premium and Classic Starter Hives Kits w/ 3-Lb Package Bees, Suits/Veils, Beekeeping Tools & Equipment, Hive Bodies & Components. Early/Mid May: “Limited supply for 2026.” 5-Frame NUCs. Pick-Up Dates for Packages NUCS are contingent on weather during early Spring that may affect growth of honey bee colonies. Factors such Temperatures, Rain, Nectar Flow, etc. all affect how quickly we are able to raise productive queens and robust colonies. Therefore, our pick-up dates for NUCS are targeted for Late April – Early May, but may be adjusted accordingly so that we can ensure that you are purchasing productive colonies. Pick-up dates for packages may also be affected by early Spring weather further south, and may also be adjusted by the supplier. We will keep you informed as pick-up dates approach.
